Session Five: Your vision for staff-wellbeing and leading change

So far in this course, we have explored our own personal wellbeing and the importance on focussing on you as a leader before embarking on a process of leading change in your organisation. We then researched the current state of wellbeing in your organisation and explored examples of great practice in this area. This session is all about developing a vision for the change you want to see and exploring some of the theory of leading change effectively in organisations.

There are two parts to this part of the course.

The first part will involve you visually creating a vision journey which we will use in the next session.

The second part will involve some short pre-reading in advance of the next live webinar.
