Real World Learning

Our work experience programme for students is very unique. Starting at ages 14-15, students spend half a day a week in a workplace, for a term and a half. Our students and their host organisations work on a project that is more meaningful and authentic than traditional work experience. This way, they combine head, heart and hand – applying knowledge, learning self-confidence and developing skills. 

Many organisations are already benefiting from the Real-World Learning Project, through working with and managing young people and gaining a diverse perspective and input on their work.
