As we move into the final section of the course we are moving towards ensuring a culture of high-quality work. The first section was all about ensuring you are building a team with diverse perspectives, the second section was all about building the team and developing trust – now, we need to ensure the team achieves strong outcomes.
In this section we will look at the final two ‘dysfunctions’ of a team and explore ways to give feedback to the team. We will also look at techniques for having ‘difficult conversations’.
