We already work with fantastic schools within our multi academy trust, but we know even then there is a danger of becoming inward looking and failing to see the fantastic range of diverse thinking and approaches of other schools. Joining Next Big 10 is an opportunity to see the most inspirational practices across the country (as well as sharing some of the best of our own practice.) Doing that means we can collaborate and innovate to ensure we are delivering the highest quality education we possibly can- and hopefully- sharing this with a wider audience will enable other educators to do the same.
