For this section, we are going to use (slightly) modified versions of the tools you have already used on yourself! However, this time, we are going to use them to explore more about the organisation.
In advance of the next live taught webinar, we would like you to send the following survey to members of your staff body – it is up to you how widely you would like to share the survey, but the more data you can collect, the more helpful the insights will be. We will give you access to the responses in the next live taught session.

We would also encourage you to carry out a few 1:1 interviews with staff and/or use the audit tool in a team meeting to gain further insights into your organisation. It is the same tool you used to reflect on your personal wellbeing, but this time we would like the focus to be on the school/organisation (based on your conversations and meetings with others)
