5.1 Your Vision Journey

As Nicola mentioned in the last webinar session, we would like you to create a visual map of your journey to developing a culture of positive staff wellbeing in your organisation.

  1. Start at the end – what will it look like at the end? What is your vision for staff wellbeing? Give some examples.
  2. What are the steps? Map out the steps you will need to take to make this vision a reality.
  3. What are the obstacles in the way? Draw on any challenges you can foresee.

We have added some examples of vision mapping below (although, we do not expect – or need – this to look ‘beautiful’!)
