We want this course to be the start of a community of change-maker leaders who are all working towards implementing a Big Education. We want this to be an open and supportive community, where everyone feels safe to share issues and offer suggestions. We will discuss more about how to build trust in your teams during the live webinar, but, please spend 20 minutes or so now connecting with our group. We would like you to post in the discussion forum for this group a problem you might be having (or have had in the past) when it comes to developing strong teams. We would also encourage you to offer suggestions and support if you have managed to overcome a similar challenge in the past.
