This is not the end! This is the beginning of a new phase. At Big Education, we know that if we are to achieve our aim of a Big Education for every student, we need to empower our community to take action.
In this final section of the course, we will explore more how to make this happen.
We will first of all ask for your feedback and a review – this not only enable to improve our work (which is really important to us) but will also help us to grow the network further.
We will then ask you to explore in more depth the action which will result now that you have completed the course and the real work begins.
Finally, we will explore your ideas for how to create a network of changemaker leaders, all looking to make staff wellbeing a priority.
