You believe and want a Big Education – one which encompasses the head, the heart and the hand. An education that not only delivers great results, but also develops the whole person. An education which trusts and develops high performing individuals at all levels. An education system that is focussed on excellence and high-performance, but also has a heart.
However, doing this is challenging. Quite simply, it is near impossible to do alone. If you are to achieve your mission, you will need to develop a team of changemakers.
This is not easy. In fact, this process is complex, multi-faceted and takes sustained effort and intention.
In this course, Liz Robinson and experienced head who has been on this journey already, will guide you through a process in collaboration with other change-maker leaders in supporting you to do this. You will have access to a range of resources, a community forum and three live webinar sessions.
Our aims
- You will finish the course with access to a range of leadership tools to use straight-away, but also which you can return to throughout the long process of developing your team.
- You will have the opportunity to learn from, and interact with, Liz Robinson, an experienced school leader who has a proven track record of developing high-performing teams. There will be lots of space for discussion and questions.
- You will take part on the course with other changemaker leaders. You will have access to a community forum to share ideas, resources and tips. This does not end when the course ends – rather, it will form the basis of a network of leaders all trying to develop a Big Education.
- You will contribute to the conversation. We would like you to not be a passive participant but rather an active member of the community.
